ECO4 IS A GOVERNMENT BACKED SCHEME
What is the ECO 4 Scheme?
The ECO4 scheme is a Government established scheme to help households achieve their goal of going 100% carbon neutral.
The ECO4 scheme provides grants to fund energy-efficient upgrades to homes reducing emissions, electricity and energy bills.
These grants pay for new heating systems like boilers, loft or cavity wall installation and other measures designed primarily to increase energy efficiency and reduce fuel poverty and energy costs.

The energy efficiency measures available through the ECO4 scheme are given via eligibility criteria. If you are on qualifying benefits, and you’re a homeowner or a private tenant, you are likely to be eligible for free home improvements.
If you’re a landlord and your tenant claims benefits, you may encourage them to apply for the grant, thus improving your property energy efficiency for years to come by installing electric storage heaters or fulfilling insulation grants such as free cavity wall insulation or loft insulation grant.

FREE SURVEY BY OUR TEAM
We will arrange a FREE survey by one of our qualified and certified surveyors, this will consist of a 10-15 minute inspection of your home’s energy efficiency measures, home survey visits are designed to be minimally intrusive.
INSTALLATION WORKS
Once we have identified the measures that can be implemented, we will arrange for the installation works to be carried out with your approval and coordinate the works to maximise the convenience. On average, most works are completed in less than 3 days.
